Description & Technical Details
The 1 Tower Resin Line is a compact and flexible system for drying, resin application and controlled curing of natural-stone slabs. Designed for factories with moderate production requirements or limited installation space, it combines the essential slab-resining stages around one thermal tower. The oven is configured as a POSITRON cyclic oven.
The line can process one or both surfaces of the slab. For double-sided treatment, the slab is dried, reinforced and cured on the reverse side, turned automatically, and then treated and cured on its visible surface.
The modular structure allows the line to be adapted to marble, granite and other natural stones, including delicate and heavily fissured materials. Additional treatment modules may be incorporated according to the stone characteristics and required automation level.
