The 1-Tower Static Resin Line is a compact natural-stone resin-treatment system designed around one GRAVITON COMBI static oven tower.
GRAVITON COMBI integrates two separate thermal chambers within one insulated vertical structure. One chamber is dedicated to drying slabs before resin application, while the second provides controlled thermal conditions for epoxy resin curing.
The number of drying and curing levels is configured according to the customer's required production capacity, treatment times and factory layout. Typical arrangements may include 10+20, 15+30 or other project-specific combinations.
The line can be configured for one-side or double-side slab treatment. In a double-side process, the reverse face is dried, resin-treated and reinforced with mesh where required. The slab is then cured, turned automatically and treated on the visible face before completing the final curing stage.
By combining drying and curing within one tower, the system provides controlled static treatment while maintaining a compact factory footprint.
