Resin Treatment Lines
2-Tower Static Resin Line
Separated Static Slab Drying and Resin Curing Line
Provides greater thermal capacity and process flexibility by separating slab drying and resin curing between two static oven towers.
Description & Technical Details
The 2-Tower Static Resin Line provides greater thermal capacity and process flexibility by separating slab drying and resin curing between two static oven towers.
One tower is typically dedicated to drying slabs before resin application, while the second provides the controlled thermal environment required for resin polymerisation. The temperature, airflow and residence time of the two processes can therefore be managed independently.
The system can be built with two standalone GRAVITON towers or as a GRAVITON TANDEM arrangement. In the Tandem configuration, two adjacent oven towers are served by one shared central elevator and tray-transfer system, increasing total capacity while avoiding duplication of the principal handling equipment.
For one-side treatment, slabs move from the drying tower to resin application and then to the curing tower. For double-side treatment, the same line also incorporates reverse-side reinforcement, automatic slab turning, visible-face resin application and the required subsequent curing stages. The number of tray levels in each tower is selected according to the required production output, drying time, curing time and resin-line architecture.
