The 3-Tower Static Resin Line is designed for automated double-side resin treatment of marble, granite and other natural-stone slabs.
Three static oven towers allow the principal thermal stages to be separated between slab drying, reverse-side resin curing and final curing after treatment of the visible surface.
A typical process begins with controlled slab drying before resin application. The reverse face is then treated and reinforced with mesh where required before entering the first curing tower. After curing, the slab is turned automatically, treated on its visible face and transferred to the final curing tower.
This separation provides dedicated thermal capacity for each principal stage. It reduces competition between drying and curing operations and allows the required residence time of each process to be managed independently.
The line can be configured with three standalone GRAVITON towers or with one GRAVITON TANDEM system combined with one standalone GRAVITON tower. The 3-Tower Static Resin Line is particularly suitable for porous, fissured or structurally delicate materials requiring controlled reinforcement on both slab surfaces.
