AUTOMATIC MESH APPLICATION SYSTEM

The Automatic Mesh Application System is designed to apply reinforcing mesh continuously and accurately to natural-stone slabs during the resin-treatment process. The machine automatically unwinds the selected mesh, applies it evenly onto the resin-coated slab and cuts it according to the detected slab length. An automatic slab-reading system determines the required mesh length, while the cutting position can be advanced or delayed according to the production requirements. The standard configuration includes three mesh-roll holders, allowing different reinforcement materials or roll sizes to be prepared for production. A motor-driven unwinding system feeds the mesh, while a vertically moving, rubber-coated pneumatic roller presses it uniformly onto the slab surface. At the end of the application cycle, the mesh is held securely by double grippers and cut automatically by a transversely moving shear system. An elevated service platform provides safe access for roll replacement and mesh threading. The system can be integrated directly into automated marble and granite resin-treatment lines, supporting consistent reinforcement quality while reducing manual handling and material waste.
