RESINBOT

RESINBOT II is a multi-axis robotic system designed for the automatic application and spreading of resin and other compatible treatment products on natural-stone slabs. Its servo-controlled linear movements provide fast, precise and repeatable application across the slab surface. The programmable operating structure allows the application path, working area and roller movement to be adapted to different slab formats, material thicknesses and process requirements. RESINBOT can be integrated with an external resin dosing and pumping system. A slab-mapping system may also be added according to the required level of automation. This modular arrangement allows the application robot, dosing equipment and slab-detection technology to be configured according to the production line.
