Automatic Waxing and Polishing Machine
WAX is an automatic machine designed for the application and polishing of wax on marble and granite slabs.

Description & Technical Details

WAX is an automatic machine designed for the application and polishing of wax on marble and granite slabs. It combines controlled wax distribution with progressive polishing in a single inline unit, preparing the slab surface for the required final finish. The machine is built around a rigid monobloc structure manufactured from arc-welded steel. A travelling beam moves along precision-machined guides integrated into the main structure and carries four independently controlled brush spindles. The first spindle applies and distributes the wax across the slab surface, while the remaining three spindles progressively polish the applied material. Each spindle is equipped with individual pressure monitoring and controlled lifting and lowering of the brush-holding plate. A through-beam photoelectric system reads the slab profile and automatically adjusts the beam travel and spindle movements according to the actual slab dimensions. This allows the machine to operate only within the effective treatment area and supports consistent processing across different slab formats. Wax is supplied through an automatic dispensing system connected directly to the distribution spindle. Machine settings and operating parameters are managed through a 7-inch colour touchscreen mounted on an ergonomic suspended arm. Sliding frontal panels provide operator protection and help reduce operating noise while maintaining convenient access for inspection, brush replacement and maintenance.
