This site has no contact form, registration, order or quotation form. You do not submit personal data to us while browsing.

As with any website, some technical data is nevertheless generated:

• Server logs: your IP address, browser and operating system, the address you requested and the time of the request. These are kept automatically by the hosting infrastructure and are necessary to operate the site, diagnose errors and prevent abuse.
• Language preference: your chosen language (Turkish/English) is stored in a cookie in your browser. See the Cookie Policy.
• Visit statistics: we measure how often pages are viewed, in aggregate and anonymously. This measurement uses no cookies and does not identify you.

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process the information you share in that message (name, company, contact details, the content of your request) solely to respond to it.

We process the above data in order to:

• operate the website securely and without interruption
• detect and fix technical faults
• prevent abuse and attacks
• understand which parts of the site attract interest and improve the content
• respond to requests you send us

The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the data controller (KVKK art. 5/2-f), provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Where you contact us on your own initiative, art. 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) applies.

We use two service providers to operate the site:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and delivery of the website. Pages are served from servers around the world, so server logs may be generated outside Turkiye.
• Supabase Inc. — the database and file storage holding site content and images.

These providers process data only to deliver their service. We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Where a legal obligation arises (court order, request from a public authority), disclosure may be made to the extent required by law.

Server logs are kept for the technical retention periods of the hosting provider and are then deleted automatically.

Your language cookie is stored in your browser for one year; you can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

Information you send us by e-mail is kept for as long as your request requires and for any retention period imposed by applicable law.

Under art. 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed
• request information if it has been processed
• learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
• know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Turkiye or abroad
• request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
• request erasure or destruction within the conditions set by law
• request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred
• object to a result against you arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems
• claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
