PCK01 is an automatic conveyor designed to rotate natural-stone slabs by 180 degrees within a resin-treatment line. It allows the reverse side of the slab to be exposed for resin application, reinforcement or further processing without manual handling. During rotation, the slab is retained securely between specially designed rubber-coated rollers. These provide controlled support across the slab surface, helping prevent slipping, impact and edge damage throughout the turning movement.
The machine is integrated directly into the conveyor line and automatically coordinates slab entry, rotation and onward transfer with the surrounding equipment.
Marble Configuration
Designed for the slab formats, weights and handling requirements typically encountered in marble resin-treatment lines.
Granite Configuration
Reinforced for the larger dimensions and higher slab weights associated with granite processing.
Machine dimensions, roller arrangement and structural capacity are adapted according to the selected slab format and production-line configuration.
