2-Tower Cyclic Resin Line

The 2 Tower Resin Line provides greater thermal capacity and process flexibility by distributing slab drying and resin curing between two oven towers. For one-side treatment, the two towers allow the drying and curing stages to be managed independently, supporting higher production output and more stable residence times. For double-side treatment, the line carries out drying, reverse-side resin and mesh application, first curing, automatic slab turning, visible-face resin application and final curing within one coordinated production system. The two-tower architecture is suitable for factories requiring higher output than a compact single-tower line while retaining a relatively efficient factory footprint.
