Resin Treatment Lines
4-Tower Cyclic Resin Line
Advanced Resin Treatment Line with Intermediate Honing
A high-capacity configuration developed for demanding double-sided treatment of natural-stone slabs.
Description & Technical Details
The 4 Tower Resin Line is a high-capacity configuration developed for demanding double-sided treatment of natural-stone slabs.
Four thermal towers provide additional flexibility in allocating drying and curing capacity. The architecture incorporates an intermediate honing machine between the reverse-side and visible-face treatment sections. Intermediate honing removes surface irregularities and creates a more uniform upper surface before the visible face is treated. This is particularly valuable for slabs with widespread cracking or uneven surfaces and can improve preparation for the subsequent resin-application stage. Four-tower layouts incorporating a mid-line honing machine are identified in the integrated-line study as an increasingly important architecture for newly established factories.
